After seventeen years of trading equities at some of the top investment banks in the City, Joanne decided to set up her own business.
Out of frustration with the service levels she’d encountered when buying, selling and renting property in London, she set up a new type of estate agency – “fiveseventen”. Her aim was to bring the professional servicing levels of the financial world to the property world and to offer the public a proactive service based on sound, honest advice that really addressed their needs. This has proven to be the key to fiveseventen's success as they now approach their tenth year anniversary. Joanne believes that with her dynamic team, fiveseventen is in the perfect position to continue to grow and take market share from the major chains of estate agents that have recently arrived in the area. “We will always be different from mass market agents. What we offer is a different level of service and an unmatched depth of local knowledge”. Joanne has lived in Kensington & Chelsea for over fifteen years.

"It's wonderful to see the reputation that fiveseventen has built in the area through their honest and friendly approach and I'm excited to be part of it. Moving home can be stressful, working for an independent firm, I believe this can make a different for applicants by giving a more personalised serviced, focusing on them and not on a transaction"
Naomi joined fiveseventen in 2016 after moving from France where she graduated with BA Degree in Management from the University of Aix-Marseille. Finding a company where customer service was integral and highly valued was the most important thing to consider and that's what she found with fiveseventen. The company's culture was exactly what she was looking for and is fortunate enough to work with and be managed by people whom she considers to be the best in the industry. Being a firm believer in getting out of what you put into life, Naomi's career at fiveseventen has certainly mirrored this ethos. After several months as a Junior Lettings Negotiator, she was promoted to Sales and Lettings Negotiator. Always upbeat, Naomi knows every sales and let is unique and that our clients deserve a team that reacts quickly and effectively to their specific needs and challenges. Naomi loves the challenge of her role and is really looking forward to her future here and all the excitement yet to come!
Away from work Naomi continues to discover London and patiently waits for each ray of sunshine which reminds her of the Caribbean island she grew up in.
Naomi is fluent in French, English and even once mastered the Caribbean dialect.
"Estate agency is a service industry; it should be about the people not just the property".

"The key to property management is to be proactive rather than reactive. As the start of the tenancy I advise both the landlord and tenant of steps that can be taken to reduce damage and deterioration of their property"
